How It Works
Website visitor see the prominent button on
the web page which says “click here to talk”. This
button provides the visitor a tool to contact instantly
the company representatives.
Each company can customize a button in the company’s web
page or on email communications and links.
By clicking the button, a small “Click To Talk”
application with a user interface is installed in the browser
compatible with IE 5.0 and above. The visitor will see a new
pop up browser window which has “Click To Talk” button. When the
visitor clicks this button the VQube Call Processor will establish the VoIP voice call between the visitor
and the company representative. The web visitor has to use a microphone and speakers
connected to his PC to speak directly to the company representative. The visitor can continue browsing the company’s website while on the phone call.
A regular telephone instrument can also be connected to
representative's PC
to answer the incoming VoIP call. An analog
telephone adapter (ATS) can be supplied by Aural-Esqube. Calls can also be received by a mobile phone.
The company’s inbound web call center can be distributed and
located any where in the world. The company can have many service agents/representatives
to receive the calls. Each agent with a PC will run the VQube application to
receive calls from web visitors.
